N.J. Robinson is passionate about developing technology leaders. A proud Air Force veteran, IT leader, and entrepreneur, he brings over 20 years of experience in IT leadership, operations, and customer support.

As President of Hi-Tech Leadership, he gets to live out his passion of transforming IT Experts into IT Leaders through speaking, training, and one-on-one advising and development. 

N.J. serves on HDI’s Strategic Advisory Board and volunteers with StreetWise Partners DC, providing career mentorship to underserved citizens. He holds a M.B.A from George Washington Univeristy and  PMP, Security+, and ITIL certifications.
